Shipping Policy

1. Scope & Eligibility

This Shipping Policy governs all orders placed through Nuverlo and constitutes a binding agreement between the customer (“You”) and Nuverlo (“We,” “Us,” “Our”). By placing an order, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

We currently ship to the following countries only: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and Ireland. Orders placed with a shipping address outside of these regions may be cancelled and refunded minus any applicable processing fees.

2. Order Processing

2.1 Handling Time

All orders require 1–2 business days for processing and preparation before shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time of 11:00 AM PST will begin processing on the next business day.

2.2 Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, You will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing errors, or cannot be fulfilled.

2.3 Address Accuracy

You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Nuverlo is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

3. Shipping Options & Transit Times

Free Standard Shipping

Estimated Delivery: 3–12 Business Days
Cost: FREE

Expedited Shipping

Estimated Delivery: 3–7 Business Days
Cost: $13.95

Transit times begin once the order has been handed off to the carrier and are estimates only. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, You will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Nuverlo works with third-party shipping carriers. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for transportation and delivery rests with the carrier.

5. Transfer of Risk

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Delivered Packages

A package is considered delivered once the carrier records a successful delivery scan. Once marked as delivered:

• Nuverlo's obligation to fulfill the order is considered complete.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages after confirmed delivery.
• Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for delivered orders.

6. Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors.

  2. Wait up to 24 hours for potential carrier delays.

  3. Contact the carrier directly.

  4. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

If a package appears lost in transit and has not received updates for more than 15 business days, please contact our support team for investigation.

7. International Shipping

For orders shipped internationally:

• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Customs processing may cause delivery delays beyond our control.
• Refused or abandoned shipments may incur return shipping costs and restocking fees.
• Nuverlo is not responsible for packages held or seized by customs authorities.

8. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, failure to pay customs duties, or other delivery issues may be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Refunds for returned packages may be subject to deduction of shipping costs and applicable restocking fees.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact our support team so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Nuverlo reserves the right to contest chargebacks where carrier tracking confirms successful delivery and to provide supporting shipment documentation to payment processors.

10. Force Majeure

Nuverlo is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuverlo's liability for shipping-related claims shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for shipping charges associated with the order.

12. Changes To This Policy

Nuverlo reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
